Lorna Borges 

VP OPERATIONS

 

Lorna is our leading business operations guru behind Redwood Cafe. She is behind the scenes but has a large role to factor into Redwood Cafes success. Lorna's day to day tasks involve being Bob Campana's right hand women, making sure our business is running smoothly,  and helps manage the finances up in the office.

Gerry Carter

GENERAL MANAGER

 

Our general manager, Gerry Carter has been working in the restaurant industry for 27 years, and has been with us at Redwood Cafe for a year and a half. When it comes to service, Carter knows how to provide only the best.  To Carter, the best part about being a manager at Redwood, is meeting new people and providing a great dining experience for all of our guests. 

Wyatt 

RESTAURANT MANAGER

Wyatt has been working in the restaurant industry for 15 years. When Wyatt was 16 he started in the back of the house as a cook and moved his way through the various jobs in the restaurant to eventually moving to the front of the house where he has moved up the rank to be a restaurant manager. Wyatt loves watching a busy night run smooth and fluid and seeing every guest happy and enjoying themselves.

Wyatt has been working in the restaurant industry for 15 years. When Wyatt was 16 he started in the back of the house as a cook and moved his way through the various jobs in the restaurant to eventually moving to the front of the house where he has moved up the rank to be a restaurant manager. Wyatt loves watching a busy night run smooth and fluid and seeing every guest happy and enjoying themselves.

Shannon 

CHEF DE CUISINE 

 

Shannon has been with Redwood Cafe for 1 year and has been working in the restaurant industry for seven. Shannon is in charge of making sure our kitchen is prepared for service. Shannon's favorite aspect of being apart of the Redwood Cafe family is building up the best team we can have in the back of the house. “I want to make sure our guest receive every dish better than the time before. I want every person coming in here, leaving satisfied with their meal.”

Nick

CHEF DE CUISINE

Nick has been with the Redwood Cafe family for 3 years. He started his culinary career 8 years ago working and study the art of food in the Bay Area. Nick values every guest that comes into Redwood Cafe and hopes each one leaves satisfied and happy with their meal. You can find Nick behind the pizza bar in the front of the house making the best pizzas around or in the back of the the house at the grill, cold station or prepping for our busy days and nights!   

Lee

CHEF DE CUISINE

Lee has been with Redwood Cafe since August 2016. Lee has been working in the restaurant industry for 30 years and is thankful for everyone who has helped him along the way, molding him into the chef he is today. Lee's day to day duties include helping prep the kitchen, making pizzas, preping for Taco Thursdays and doing all the food for our weddings and large events!  Lee's favorite thing to eat at Redwood Cafe is a tie between the raviollis and seafood.

Chris 

BAR MANAGER

HEAD MIXOLOGIST 

Our bar manager, Chris, has been with Redwood Cafe for almost four years. He started working in the restaurant industry a little over 18 years ago at a little mom and pop cafe. After that, he found his passion, creating cocktails. Chris loves that in this field he can see the different alcohol products from all over the world. “Here at Redwood Cafe we have guests, not customers, guests are invited into your home.”

CHUY

HEAD LINE COOK- DINNER

Chuy has been working in the restaurant industry for twenty-one years, and has been with Redwood Cafe for 4 years. Chuy day to day tasks include cooking, prepping, and keeping the kitchen clean. Chuy values happy customers and making sure everyone leaves satisfied and happy with their meal.  Chuy also thinks if you haven't tried our Lamb, you are missing out! 

Jose 

HEAD LINE COOK- LUNCH

Jose is our head line cook during lunch.  Jose knows what he is doing when it comes to working in the back of the house, as he has been in the restaurant industry for about 20 years. Jose loves being able to work with his coworkers who have turned into friends and family.  Jose main concern when it comes to his job is making sure every guest leaves full and happy.
